Please PRINT your name and address clearly on the order form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our terms are PAYMENT WITH ORDER PLEASE either by internet bank deposit (preferred) or credit card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When using internet banking for payments, please circle the Bank Deposit box on the order form and use your full name as the Reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All orders will be dispatched in order of date payment received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lilies and spring bulbs are sent together (aim 2nd week in May), large spring bulb only orders are dispatched Mid April. Order recieved from May will be dispatched weekly. A wet harvest may delay dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All our bulbs are carefully packed and dispatched, our nation wide courier company require physical delivery addresses (not PO Boxes) as they deliver door to door. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From time to time hiccups occur, we always endeavour to fix these as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We respect your privacy and will not pass your contact details onto any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All bulbs are handled by us personally to ensure top quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reserve the right to substitute in as near to the same colour if any cultivar is sold out unless directed otherwise. If you don’t want substitution please write “no substitute” clearly in the substitute column of the order form. This can be for a specific variety or your entire order. We will then contact you to discuss options if a variety is sold out prior to filling your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bulbs vary in size according to variety. A small bulb is not necessarily an inferior bulb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We endeavor to supply plants to name and description, but we cannot give any warranty expressed or implied, as to their growth description or quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will replace any that prove to be contrary to orders, but do not hold ourselves responsible to replace any bulbs that die after leaving our care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
